Our Story: Award-Winning BBQ
Camp 31 BBQ's journey began in Brewton, Alabama, as a small sawmill general store in 1908. Larry Murphy took the reins in 1985, turning it into a BBQ hotspot. With the support of our community, we entered our first BBQ cook-off in Pensacola, Florida, in 1986, winning three first-place trophies. That was just the beginning—we've been on the road ever since, showcasing our BBQ skills across the US and Canada.
Today, we’re proud to be one of the top BBQ teams in North America, known for our exceptional Southern-style BBQ that’s always slow-smoked to perfection. Our dedication to quality has earned us a loyal following and numerous awards, making Camp 31 BBQ a true Alabama favorite.
